Halsey<\/strong><\/a> is opening up about one of the most vulnerable chapters of her life.<\/p>\n

The 29-year-old singer, who revealed in 2024 that she had been diagnosed with lupus and a rare T-cell lymphoproliferative disorder, recently gave fans a raw update about her health journey. The rare blood-related condition, which causes an overproduction of white blood cells, often requires chemotherapy treatments \u2014 something the \u201cWithout Me\u201d star is currently navigating.<\/p>\n

\u201cJust coming on here to give you guys a speed round of updates,\u201d Halsey began in a TikTok<\/a> posted on September 25. \u201cJust did another few sessions of chemo, had a new port placed.\u201d<\/p>\n

In the clip, Halsey appeared with medical tape visible across her collarbone and chest, a reminder of the ongoing treatments. She later explained that while fans often see her energetic online, what they don\u2019t see is the toll recovery takes behind the scenes.<\/p>\n

\u201cI also can\u2019t stand for like a week or more,\u201d she wrote in response to a fan whose husband undergoes similar treatment for lupus and blood cancer. \u201cYou guys see me between treatment where I have energy. The time flies by when I\u2019m recovering so it doesn\u2019t seem like as long, but it\u2019s definitely a while.\u201d<\/p>\n

Despite the challenges, Halsey kept her sense of solidarity and humor, adding, \u201cShout out to your hubby for being a badass and sharing duel diagnosis with me! Much love to both of you!\u201d<\/p>\n

But health updates weren\u2019t the only reason Halsey checked in. The Grammy nominee is also preparing for her highly anticipated Back to Badlands tour. \u201cWe just put the Back to Badlands show together, and it\u2019s going to be unbelievable,\u201d she teased. \u201cSo amazing. My birthday\u2019s in a couple of days. I\u2019m so busy I haven\u2019t even honestly thought about it at all.\u201d<\/p>\n

The milestone tour will see Halsey revisiting her fan-favorite debut album. \u201cWe start rehearsals very, very soon, and I\u2019m so excited. I\u2019m bringing back a kind of like really fun, nostalgic little references from the very Badlands tour. I am playing the entire album, plus bunch of other extra fun ones.\u201d<\/p>\n

Fortunately, Halsey isn\u2019t facing her health battles or her career milestones alone. She has her fianc\u00e9, actor Avan Jogia<\/strong>, by her side. The couple got engaged in September 2024, and Halsey has been open about how strong and supportive their relationship is.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s nothing I could ever bring up that would freak him out,\u201d she shared on Call Her Daddy last fall. \u201cThere\u2019s no conversation we can\u2019t have. He\u2019s so solution-oriented, everything between the two of us, it\u2019s always with the goal with solution and bettering.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
