Savannah Blackstock says losing her father was \u201csomething I never imagined or could have possibly prepared myself for\u201d.<\/p>\n

Brandon Blackstock’s daughter reflects on devastating loss<\/p>\n

Talent manager Brandon Blackstock<\/a> passed away in August, aged 48, following a private battle with cancer and his eldest daughter Savannah, 23 \u2013 who is pregnant with her third child – took to Instagram to reflect on the devastating loss.<\/p>\n

She wrote: \u201cSo far, 2025 has been a year full of \u2018Trust in the Lord and lean not on your own understanding.\u2019 As we\u2019re ending Quarter 3 I\u2019ve found myself looking back at all of the love and support my husband and I have had through the lows and heartbreak. Seeing my dad sick and losing him was something I never imagined or could have possibly prepared myself for, let alone young and pregnant. We have had an overwhelming amount of love and support poured onto us over the past 6 months and we are eternally grateful.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs most everyone knows, my husband and I work alongside each other in real estate. Though I\u2019ve had my license for 3 years, this was our first full year steamrolling as full time agents. It brings tears to my eyes thinking of the wonderful opportunities God has put in front of us during this hard year. We\u2019ve been blessed with such an incredible and loving company who supports not only our business but our personal life and family more than we could ever imagine. We\u2019ve also been blessed with the most caring clientele who have been so forgiving and understanding during our unforeseen travel plans and mourning the loss of my dad.<\/p>\n

\u201cOut of the 9 months of 2025 we\u2019ve been gone nearly 3 of them. Despite our absence God has taken care of us and our business in the most miraculous ways.\u201d<\/p>\n

\nBrandon \u2013 who shared Savannah and Seth, 18, with ex-wife Melissa Ashworth, as well as River, 11, and Remy, nine, with pop star Kelly Clarkson – passed away in August following a three-year cancer battle.<\/p>\n

\nA rep for his family announced his death, telling Us Weekly: “It is with great sadness that we share the news that Brandon Blackstock has passed away.<\/p>\n

\n“Brandon bravely battled cancer for more than three years. He passed away peacefully and was surrounded by family. We thank you for your thoughts and prayers and ask everyone to respect the family\u2019s privacy during this very difficult time.”<\/p>\n
