\u2018NSync is saying \u201cBye Bye Bye\u201d to a reunion \u2014 at least for now.<\/p>\n

The iconic boy band had been closer than ever to getting back together for a massive stadium tour, but multiple sources exclusively tell Us Weekly<\/em> that their plans are now on hold indefinitely.<\/p>\n

While one insider says JC Chasez<\/strong><\/a>, Lance Bass<\/strong><\/a>, Joey Fatone<\/strong><\/a> and Chris Kirkpatrick<\/strong><\/a> \u201cwere all on board,\u201d the \u201ctiming wasn\u2019t right\u201d for Justin Timberlake<\/strong><\/a> because he was on his solo Forget Tomorrow World Tour<\/em> from April 2024 until this past July and is now battling Lyme disease<\/a>. (Timberlake, 44, announced his \u201crelentlessly debilitating\u201d diagnosis the day after his final show, writing in part via Instagram, \u201cI honestly don\u2019t know what my future is onstage but I\u2019ll always cherish this run! And all of them before!\u201d)<\/p>\n

The insider notes that Chasez, 49, Bass, 46, Fatone, 48, and Kirkpatrick, 53, \u201cdon\u2019t want to\u201d hit the road without Timberlake, whom they publicly supported following his health update.<\/p>\n

Watching him battle Lyme disease day in and day out, while still getting on that stage night after night, was something I\u2019ll never forget. The long days, the travel, the exhaustion\u2014and yet, he never gave up. No complaints, no excuses\u2014just heart, grit, and pure determination. That kind of resilience is rare.\u201d<\/p>\n
