Jon Bon Jovi<\/strong><\/a> couldn\u2019t be more thrilled about his new role as grandpa!<\/p>\n

After Millie Bobby Brown<\/strong><\/a> and Jake Bongiovi<\/strong><\/a> revealed in August that they had adopted a baby girl, the rocker is finally speaking out about the newest member of his family \u2014 and he\u2019s completely smitten.<\/p>\n

On September 21, 2025, the 63-year-old music legend appeared in a TikTok<\/a> teasing his upcoming sit-down on Bunnie Xo<\/strong>\u2019s \u201cDumb Blonde\u201d podcast, where he gushed about his son\u2019s young marriage to the Stranger Things<\/em> star and his first grandchild.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe\u2019s a sweetheart and she\u2019s a hard worker,\u201d Bon Jovi said of his daughter-in-law. \u201c[Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi] got married really young, but we blessed it because we get it. They are mature beyond their years.\u201d<\/p>\n

The \u201cLivin\u2019 on a Prayer\u201d singer also admitted that becoming a grandfather has been an emotional, life-changing experience. \u201cCrazy, but great, wonderful,\u201d he shared of the transition. \u201cThey adopted a girl, and we met the baby obviously, and immediately that becomes your grandchild, your baby.\u201d<\/p>\n

And he\u2019s not shy about how much he dotes on his granddaughter. \u201cI want to see pictures like every other day. I\u2019m that pain in the butt guy already. It\u2019s cool,\u201d he confessed.<\/p>\n

Millie, 21, and Jake, 22, first shared their adoption news on August 21, 2025, just one month before celebrating their one-year wedding anniversary. \u201cWe are beyond excited to embark on this beautiful next chapter of parenthood in both peace and privacy,\u201d the pair wrote in a joint statement at the time.<\/p>\n

Although the couple has given fans small glimpses of their family life, they\u2019ve mostly kept things private. But Millie has long been vocal about her desire to start a family. \u201cJake knows how important it is to me [to have children],\u201d she said during a March appearance on the \u201cSmartLess\u201d podcast. \u201cOf course, I want to focus on really establishing myself as an actor and as a producer, but I also find it\u2019s so important to start a family for me, personally. It\u2019s a huge thing.\u201d<\/p>\n

The actress explained that Jake wanted to wait until after marriage to begin that journey. \u201cJake was like, \u2018We cannot do that until we get married.\u2019 So that was his thing, and my thing was, I really want a family. I really want a big family. I\u2019m one of four. He\u2019s one of four. So it is definitely in our future.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
