His take on Scandoval! Carl Radke<\/strong><\/a> isn\u2019t on Vanderpump Rules<\/em><\/a>, but he still has some thoughts on Tom Sandoval<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s cheating scandal and split from Ariana Madix<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cI actually unfollowed him,\u201d the Summer House<\/em><\/a> star, 38, exclusively told Us Weekly<\/em> of the former SUR bartender, 40, on Monday, May 22, while promoting his partnership with Talkspace. \u201cI don\u2019t condone cheating. I don\u2019t love the lying and the way that he responded to some of it.\u201d<\/p>\n The Silo<\/em> producer added that he doesn\u2019t want to \u201cbeat on\u201d his fellow Bravo star when he\u2019s down, but he also doesn\u2019t want to \u201cpartake\u201d in his behavior. \u201cI, again, wish him all the best in his journey in life, but we\u2019re Team Ariana over here,\u201d Carl added.<\/p>\n Us<\/em> confirmed in March that Tom and Ariana, 37, called it quits after the musician was caught having an affair with their Pump Rules<\/em> costar Raquel Leviss<\/strong><\/a>. Fans saw the aftermath of the scandal play out during the show\u2019s season 10 finale<\/a> on Wednesday, May 17.<\/p>\n After the episode, Ariana appeared on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen<\/em><\/a> before meeting up with Bravo stars from other shows during her visit to New York City. The Fancy AF Cocktails<\/em> coauthor enjoyed a group date<\/a> with costar Scheana Shay<\/strong><\/a> and her husband, Brock Davies<\/strong><\/a>, as well as Carl and his fianc\u00e9e<\/a>, Lindsay Hubbard<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cI really enjoyed hanging out with her. She was really sweet to us,\u201d Carl told Us<\/em>. \u201cShe\u2019s such a sweetheart and hanging out with her this past week was awesome. \u2026 She seems to be doing really well, all things considered.\u201d<\/p>\n The Loverboy investor went on to praise the \u201cgenuinely kind\u201d Ariana for the way she\u2019s been coping with the breakup and its aftermath. \u201cMy hat\u2019s off to her,\u201d he told Us<\/em>. \u201cShe\u2019s handled it \u2014 admirably, I think is probably the best word \u2014 but the strength and the courage she\u2019s had to deal with this so publicly? I could certainly relate to difficult things being so public, but this is on a totally different level.\u201d<\/p>\n The Bravo personality is sensitive to Ariana\u2019s struggle after dealing with public interest in his own personal life. \u201cEvery season of the show\u2019s been hard at times,\u201d Carl recalled. \u201cIf you go all the way back to seasons 1 through 5, I had a lot of things that were difficult, and I probably dealt with it way differently in those early seasons, whether it was drinking or partying.\u201d<\/p>\n Now, however, the sales pro has gotten more comfortable speaking out about the importance of mental health, which is why he partnered with Talkspace for their \u201cCelebrate Every Step\u201d campaign for Mental Health Awareness Month.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019ve been on a mental health journey for many years. It\u2019s something I\u2019m really passionate about,\u201d Carl explained. \u201cTherapy\u2019s played a big role in how I\u2019ve been able to overcome things in my life and arrive in relationships and show up for my friends and family and fianc\u00e9e in a more profound way.\u201d<\/p>\n The film producer added that he hopes his involvement in the campaign can help diminish the stigma around asking for help. \u201cIf I can help one person place a phone call to go to a therapist, that\u2019s unbelievable and that\u2019s what it\u2019s all about,\u201d he said. \u201cNormalize it. People go to the gym and work out to be in shape for their bodies, but then you should go to the gym for your mind. That\u2019s really what I want to continue to promote, just because it\u2019s worked for me.
