\t\t<\/p>\n Ben Foster<\/strong><\/a> is opening up about his recent move to Nashville.<\/p>\n In a new interview, the 44-year-old Motor City<\/em> actor revealed that he following his divorce from Laura Prepon<\/strong><\/a>, he\u2019s left Los Angeles and New York City for a simpler life in Tennessee.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span>\u201cI lived in L.A. for, we\u2019ll call it 12 years,\u201d Ben<\/strong> told The Hollywood Reporter<\/a><\/em>. \u201cI lived in New York for about the same.\u201d<\/p>\n If you didn\u2019t know, Ben and Laura, 45, married in 2018 and he filed for divorce in November 2024<\/a> citing \u201cirreconcilable differences.\u201d Together they share a daughter born in 2017 and a son born in 2020.<\/p>\n Ben<\/strong> and the Orange is the New Black <\/em>actress owned a home together in Nashville before their split, which they bought in March 2024. They sold the house this past July for $4 million, according to Us Weekly<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n \u201c[My ex-wife and I] had two children and my parents are very close with my children,\u201d Ben<\/strong> added. \u201cThey\u2019ve moved close to Nashville.\u201d <\/p>\n Along with being close to his family, Ben<\/strong> is enjoying the things that Nashville has to offer him.<\/p>\n \u201cAfter the pandemic, I had a cognition that I didn\u2019t need to live on either coast, quite frankly,\u201d he explained. \u201cI love horses and I ride. I love live music. I dig country music.\u201d <\/p>\n \u201cThere\u2019s been a shift from both coasts and I\u2019ve found that it\u2019s gentler for me, at least, to hub there,\u201d Ben<\/strong> continued. \u201cNashville is just a different way. I\u2019m enjoying it.\u201d <\/p>\n Back in April, Ben<\/strong> and Laura<\/strong>\u2018s monthly incomes were revealed<\/a> in their divorce settlement documents.<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
