A happy and healthy Christopher Schwarzenegger<\/strong> enjoyed quality family time under the sun.<\/p>\n

Following his recent 30-pound weight loss journey, Christopher, 27, appeared shirtless in two photos shared by his sister Katherine Schwarzenegger<\/strong> via Instagram<\/a> on Sunday, September 14.<\/p>\n

In the Instagram carousel, which captured several members of the Schwarzenegger clan enjoying a lake day aboard a boat, Christopher was seen smiling in blue and white shorts alongside a family friend who wrapped her arms around his bare torso. In the second snap, Christopher stood on his own, peering into the lens as he pointed to the shimmering water around him.<\/p>\n

\u201cLake days \ud83d\udc99,\u201d Katherine, 35, captioned the post. Additional photos included her husband, Chris Pratt<\/strong>, and her mother, Maria Shriver<\/strong>, who was seen taking a dip while holding a young girl whose face was turned away from the camera.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tArnold Schwarzenegger opened up about his youngest son Christopher\u2019s recent weight loss. \u201cI could never go and say to him, \u2018You\u2019re overweight.\u2019 We just kept introducing healthy foods,\u201d Schwarzenegger, 77, told The Times of London in a profile published on Saturday, June 14. \u201cWe introduced him always to the gym and all of that kind [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Christopher, who is the son of Shriver, 69, and her ex- husband Arnold Schwarzenegger<\/strong>, spoke publicly<\/a> about his weight loss journey in May. During an appearance at the Beacher Vitality Happy & Healthy Summit in Los Angeles, he revealed that it\u2019s taken him more than five years to reach his weight goals.<\/p>\n

In an article published by People<\/em><\/a> at the time, Christopher reportedly said at the event, \u201cIt was a big process. I started in 2019 when I was living in Australia. I was on this big trip. I made it a big [deal] like, \u2018Oh, I\u2019m going to go out and do all this stuff, be in Australia,\u2019 and I just saw how much my weight was prohibiting me from doing the everyday activities.\u201d<\/p>\n
