Ezra Sosa<\/strong><\/a> revealed the emotional moment he discovered that his older sister, Stephani\u00a0Sosa<\/strong>, had been dropped from the Dancing With The Stars<\/em><\/a> season 34 professional troupe.<\/p>\n

DWTS<\/em> pro Ezra, 24, released a TikTok<\/a> video on Saturday, September 13, in which Stephani, 26, confirmed that she\u2019d been let go ahead of next week\u2019s season premiere. Both siblings started crying once Stephani broke the news, before Ezra assured his sibling that she\u2019d done her \u201cabsolute best\u201d on Dancing With The Stars<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is the side of DWTS<\/em> people don\u2019t see,\u201d Ezra wrote in text over the footage. \u201cWe give everything we have to this dream, and sometimes it just doesn\u2019t work out \u2026 It hurts seeing my sister go through this, especially when I\u2019ve gone through the same. \ud83d\ude41 It is so competitive in the dance industry, especially for girls, and I\u2019m so proud of everything my sister did on and off the show. Love you chica :\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Ezra \u2014 who will be paired with celebrity partner Jordan Chiles<\/strong><\/a> on DWTS<\/em> season 34 \u2014 later explained in the comment section of his TikTok video that his \u201cintention with this post [was] only love and support.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tEveryone knows that Dancing With The Stars friendships can last far after the Mirrorball is awarded. Ezra Soza showed that he\u2019s still in contact with his dance partner Anna Delvey, with a sweet video he posted to TikTok. Soza attended the Los Angeles stop of Sabrina Carpenter\u2019s Short And Sweet Tour, posting a video of [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cI\u2019m so proud of my sister and equally excited for the new troupe,\u201d he added. \u201cIt\u2019s such a beautiful opportunity for this next generation!! And personally knowing the new troupe you guys are gonna absolutely love their talent!\u201d<\/p>\n

Stephani chimed in, \u201cThank you for always being there for me, love you ez.\u201d<\/p>\n

In her own TikTok video<\/a>, Stephani admitted that being let go from Dancing With The Stars<\/em> was \u201creally hard\u201d since the show had been a professional goal for \u201cmany, many years.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m very excited for this season and to watch everybody shine, especially the new troupe members,\u201d she told followers. \u201cYou guys are going to have literally the best time of your lives. It definitely changed my life, so I\u2019m wishing them the very, very best.\u201d<\/p>\n

Stephani clarified that Dancing With The Stars<\/em> producers still asked her to be involved in the show going forward in some capacity, such as potentially performing in group dance numbers.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m not really sure that\u2019s going to happen,\u201d she admitted. \u201cI\u2019m definitely open to whatever project that is, with other projects that I\u2019m currently working on. I will be busy but I will be here supporting and cheering on Ezra as loud as I can.\u201d<\/p>\n

Stephani originally joined the Dancing With The Stars<\/em>\u00a0professional troupe<\/a> in 2024 for season 33, after previously competing on So You Think You Can Dance<\/em> season 16 and working as a background dancer for High School Musical: The Musical: The Series<\/em>.<\/p>\n
