The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives <\/i>star Dakota Mortensen<\/strong> has more to say about his ex-girlfriend Taylor Frankie Paul<\/strong><\/a> taking on a new role as the next Bachelorette<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am happy for Tay, and I hope she finds happiness,\u201d Dakota, 32, captioned a Friday, September 12, TikTok<\/a> video, parodying Taylor\u2019s previous upload wishing to be the next Bachelor Nation lead.<\/p>\n

ABC announced earlier this week that Taylor, 31, will now carry the Bachelorette mantle<\/a> and hand out roses next season. Months earlier, she teased her wish to join the show by lip-synching Lindsay Lohan<\/strong>\u2019s Super Bowl commercial about looking for love.<\/p>\n

\u201cIs this how it works to be the next Bachelor?\u201d Dakota asked in his own video, also mouthing along to Lohan\u2019s sound.<\/p>\n

\u201cHi, my name is Lindsay and I\u2019m searching for love,\u201d Lohan, 39, originally said, in a parody of The Bachelor. <\/i>\u201cI\u2019m recently single, I think, and I\u2019m looking for someone I can spend the rest of my life with \u2014 or at least the rest of my probation with. A little about me: I\u2019m an actress, a singer [and] an entrepreneur.\u201d<\/p>\n

Taylor recently told Us Weekly <\/i>that she hadn\u2019t informed Dakota of her Bachelorette<\/i> casting ahead of the Wednesday, September 10, \u201cCall Her Daddy\u201d announcement.<\/p>\n
