Kaitlyn Bristowe<\/b> is still facing the aftermath of her 2020 <\/span>Dancing with the Stars<\/span><\/i> win.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n In an interview with <\/span>Tori Spelling<\/b> on her <\/span>MisSpelling<\/span><\/i> podcast<\/span><\/a>, she opened up about the painful injuries she continues to deal with from her time on the show.<\/span><\/p>\n The <\/span>Bachelor<\/span><\/i> alum<\/span><\/a> admitted, \u201cI\u2019m still suffering years later from cracked ribs.\u201d Spelling, who was later a contestant on the show in 2024, replied that she wished she had known Bristowe back then so Bristowe could have offered some advice.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cI just would have said don\u2019t injure yourself,\u201d Bristowe responded. \u201cThat was my main focus \u2014 to stop getting injured all the time.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n Spelling<\/span><\/a>, who was voted off during the second week of the show, said she didn\u2019t know prior to joining the show how easy it is to get injured.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cThose are things they do not tell you when they\u2019re like, \u2018You should sign on. And, like, you can do as much training as you want, as little training as you want, you know, whatever makes you comfortable\u2019\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n The 40-year-old also admitted that she asked <\/span>Hannah Brown<\/b>, who had won the year prior, why she hadn\u2019t warned her about the likelihood of getting injured. \u201cI was like, \u2018Why did you not prepare me?\u2019 And she was like, \u2018I don\u2019t think people should prepare them because then they won\u2019t do it.\u2019\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n Spelling also ended up getting injured herself, despite only being on the show for two weeks. \u201cI was voted off first, and I had pulled out my shoulder already,\u201d the actress said. \u201cNo one knew.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n As if the cracked ribs weren\u2019t enough, Bristowe also <\/span>revealed<\/span><\/a> that she pulled a muscle under her ribs and added that her tendonitis flares up every time she wears heels now.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
