Brooke Hogan<\/strong><\/a> has broken her silence after being left out of dad Hulk Hogan<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s will two months after his death.<\/p>\n

\u201cHis decision is no surprise to me,\u201d Brooke, 37, told TMZ<\/em><\/a> on Thursday, September 11, of her late father\u2019s choice not to name her as a beneficiary. \u201cIt\u2019s what I asked for, I stand by it with no regrets.\u201d<\/p>\n

She added, \u201cMy dad knows I\u2019m a hard worker and I have been surviving without his money for a long, long time.\u201d<\/p>\n

Us Weekly <\/em>has reached out to Brooke\u2019s rep for comment.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tHulk Hogan removed his daughter, Brooke Hogan, from his will two years before his death, Us Weekly can exclusively report. Us obtained the will that the late WWE star executed in 2016, along with the amendments made in 2017, 2021, 2022 and 2023. In the final amendment, dated July 28, 2023, Hulk removed Brooke, 37, [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Hulk died on July 24 at the age of 71 after suffering a heart attack<\/a>. Two months later, Us<\/em>\u00a0confirmed that Brooke\u2019s brother, Nick Hogan<\/strong><\/a>, filed court documents<\/a> on Tuesday, September 9, revealing that Brooke is not listed as a beneficiary of their father\u2019s $5 million estate.<\/p>\n

In the documents, Nick, 35, asked to be named a co-personal representative of Hulk\u2019s (real name Terry Bollea) estate, alongside a man named Terry McCoy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The filing revealed that Hulk\u2019s estate consists of $200,000 in cryptocurrency, $799,000 in personal property and intellectual property valued at $4 million. The documents also noted an unknown value for a potential medical malpractice lawsuit.<\/p>\n

TMZ<\/em> previously reported that Hulk\u2019s widow, Sky Daily<\/strong><\/a>, planned to file a malpractice lawsuit<\/a> over the surgery he had shortly before his death. (Hulk was previously married to Brooke and Nick\u2019s mother, Linda Hogan<\/strong><\/a>, from 1983 to 2009. He was then married to Jennifer McDaniel<\/strong> from 2010 to 2021, before walking down the aisle with Daily, 47, in 2023.)<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tBrooke Hogan did not attend her father Hulk Hogan\u2019s funeral after years of estrangement, claiming the wrestling legend \u201cdidn\u2019t want\u201d an official memorial service. \u201cMy father hated the morbidity of funerals. He didn\u2019t want one,\u201d Brooke, 37, wrote via Instagram on Tuesday, August 5. \u201cAnd although I know people grieve in many ways \u2013 and [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

In Tuesday\u2019s filing, Nick claimed that the late WWE wrestler created his will in 2016. Hulk reportedly amended it in 2017, 2021, 2022 and 2023. The final amendment<\/a> is when Hulk removed Brooke and her family from the will, per docs obtained by Us<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\u201cUnder no circumstances shall Brooke E. Bollea or any descendants of Brooke E. Bollea be considered a beneficiary or my last will and testament, and any reference in this last will and testament to my children or lineal descendants shall not include Brooke E. Bollea and the descendants of Brooke E. Bollea,\u201d the filing, dated July 28, 2023, read.<\/p>\n

Hulk also outlined that Brooke and her family \u2014 she shares twins Oliver and Molly<\/a>, 7 months, with husband Steven Oleksy<\/strong> \u2014 were not to serve as representatives of his estate.<\/p>\n

While Hulk\u2019s will update may come as a surprise to some, Brooke said she was the one who asked to be left out following her ups and downs with him. (The father and daughter were estranged<\/a> at the time of his death.)<\/p>\n
