Double whammy! Netflix\u2019s favorite real estate agents<\/a> are coming back to our screens because Selling<\/em><\/a><\/span> Sunset<\/span><\/i><\/a> was renewed for a seventh season even before season 6 dropped. Fans will not only get to see Los Angeles\u2019 most luxurious homes but will get more of the nonstop drama, too.<\/span><\/p>\n The exciting announcement<\/a> was made in June 2022, with filming beginning that same summer.<\/p>\n Keep reading to learn everything we know about the upcoming seasons!<\/b><\/p>\n Season 6 premiered on Netflix on May 19, 2023. This time around, fans will get to see 11 episodes chock-full of drama from the Oppenheim Group office.<\/p>\n Since season 6 just recently launched, Netflix has yet to announce a date for the 7th season of the Los Angeles-based series.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cFans don\u2019t have to wait long \u2014 the market is full of listings for new and returning favorites through the rest of the year,\u201d the streaming service said in a press release.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span>Christine Quinn<\/b><\/a>\u00a0burned bridges with most of the Oppenheim Group and wasn\u2019t on the best terms with <\/span>Jason Oppenheim<\/b><\/a> when season 5 wrapped.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cRight now, there\u2019s not a place for her at the Oppenheim Group,\u201d the real estate broker said during the season 5 reunion that Christine missed due to COVID.<\/span><\/p>\n On August 17, Page Six<\/a> reported that Christine would not be returning for season 6. The blonde realtor has appeared to be much more invested in her current project, RealOpen, which she has talked extensively about on Twitter.<\/p>\n According to the company website, it\u2019s the \u201ceasiest and most efficient way for crypto holders to purchase luxury real estate.\u201d Christine claimed on Twitter that her online brokerage boasts 250 million listings worldwide.<\/p>\n In addition to Christine, agent Maya Vander<\/strong><\/a> announced her exit<\/a> from the reality series after five seasons. While Maya has been bicoastal for years, she recently transferred from the Oppenheim Group to start The Maya Vander Group, which will be working under Compass.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cLogistically it\u2019s been tough for her. Flying back and forth from Miami to Los Angeles has been a lot and it\u2019s stressful,\u201d a source told <\/span>Us Weekly<\/span><\/i><\/a> <\/i>in June. \u201cShe wants to take it easy, especially after suffering a miscarriage. She wants to focus on her family and hopefully having more kids,\u201d the insider said, adding that she \u201clove the show\u201d but that it\u2019s \u201ctime to move on.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n As for the rest of the ladies<\/a>, there are no signs pointing to them not returning to the show.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n In August, Netflix announced the addition of two new agents to the series: Nicole Young<\/strong>, a longtime Oppenheim Group realtor, and Bre Tiesi<\/strong><\/a>, a model-turned-real estate agent. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n As for season 7, Heather El Moussa \u2013 who welcomed baby No. 1 with husband Tarek El Moussa<\/strong> in January \u2013 previously revealed that she hadn\u2019t \u201cbeen called back\u201d to filming following her maternity leave.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s been a little frustrating. So [I\u2019m] not sure what\u2019s been going on,\u201d she told\u00a0E! News\u00a0<\/em>in March. Two months later, however, she clarified via her Instagram Story that she will, in fact, be \u201cin a little bit of [season] 7 that I know of.\u201d<\/p>\n The real estate agent revealed that she and her husband, <\/span>Christian Dumontet<\/b>, started their own crypto real estate business, RealOpen, in April 2022. She told <\/span>PEOPLE<\/span><\/i><\/a> the following month that she canceled her contract with the Oppenheim Group<\/a> after her new business launched.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cI had to make a business decision that was for me, so I had to terminate the contract so I could move it over to my brokerage,\u201d she told the publication at the time.<\/span><\/p>\n Since Chrishell Stause<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and partner G Flip <\/strong>was documented as part of season 6, it\u2019s safe to assume season 7 will be no different. One moment that fans won\u2019t be seeing, however, is the couple\u2019s Las Vegas nuptials, as Chrishell told Entertainment <\/em>Tonight <\/em>\u201cthe wedding is not\u201d on season 7.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Chrishell revealed her relationship during the season 5 reunion, surprising most of her coworkers, like <\/span>Maya Vander<\/b> and ex-boyfriend<\/a> Jason. \u201cI recently have been spending a lot of time with someone that\u2019s very important to me. Their name is G Flip.
