The 37-year-old \u2018Transformers\u2019 actress and her singer partner, 33, have been plagued by break-up rumours over the last few months and despite insiders saying they are doing their best to work things out, a source has now said Megan is making him \u201cwork\u201d to stay in their relationship.<\/p>\n
They told People: \u201cThey are slowly working on reconciling but he\u2019s totally in the dog house still.<\/p>\n
\u201c(MGK is doing) whatever he can (to get Megan back.) She\u2019s making him work for it.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s still an unhealthy dynamic though, and their friends just don\u2019t see this lasting.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nThe pair recently supported each other at celebrity events, with MGK \u2013 real name Colson Baker \u2013 walking the red carpet on Thursday (18.05.23) for Megan\u2019s Sports Illustrated\u2019s party in honour of the actress landing a 2023 \u2018Swimsuit Issue\u2019 cover.<\/p>\n
\nBut Megan posed for the photos on her own and did press interviews solo at the event.<\/p>\n
\nThat same evening, she attended MGK\u2019s show with Travis Barker, 47, at Lovesac\u2019s 25th anniversary event in New York City.<\/p>\n
\nPage Six said was not seen wearing the two-stone engagement ring the rocker gave her.<\/p>\n
\nMGK said on Thursday he thought Megan\u2019s \u2018Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue 2023\u2019 cover shoot was \u201chot\u201d.<\/p>\n
\nThe couple have reportedly been having daily couples\u2019 therapy after they were said to have split in February.<\/p>\n
\nMegan \u2013 who has sons Noah, 10, Bodhi, nine, and Journey, six, with her actor ex-husband Brian Austin Green, 49, who she divorced in 2021 after they were together for 10 years \u2013 spoke out to deny MGK had cheated on her after fans speculated he had a fling with his band\u2019s guitarist Sophie Lloyd.<\/p>\n
\nThe actress deleted her Instagram account in January after wiping all photos of the rapper from her feed, but returned to the platform on February 19 to declare there had been no \u201cthird party interference\u201d between the couple.<\/p>\n
\nA source told Entertainment Tonight about how they are trying to work things out: \u201cMegan and Machine Gun Kelly have been making an effort to work out their issues as a couple and things have been getting better.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cMachine Gun Kelly has been going out of his way to make sure Megan feels happy, loved, and secure with him.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
