Jewelry designer Kendra Scott<\/strong> has made an impressive living after launching her billion dollar brand in 2002, which she managed to do while also raising her three sons.<\/p>\n Scott, 51, took to Instagram<\/a> on August 20 to share a slideshow in which she revealed how she\u2019s managed to be an active part of her sons Cade, Beck and Grey\u2019s lives while also being a boss.<\/p>\n \u201cSomeone asked me what raising 3 sons while building a business looked like \u2026\u201d she wrote over a photo of her and her three sons in the first slide. The second slide included a throwback photo of her and two of her sons with the text, \u201cIt looked like taking them everywhere with me.\u201d<\/p>\n The third photo captured two of her sons playing basketball. \u201cIt looked like racing from the office to school pickup, then practice or games, and coming back to fulfill orders, keep working and hopefully have dinner ready,\u201d she wrote.<\/p>\n After noting that she made sure to show her sons \u201cwhat entrepreneurship was like from a very early age,\u201d Scott also shared that she taught her sons that \u201cfamily can actually be part of your work, not take away from your work.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cIt looked like long days turned to long nights when they weren\u2019t feeling good or couldn\u2019t sleep,\u201d she wrote alongside another throwback photo, which showed her sitting next to one of her son\u2019s when he was younger.<\/p>\n Food Influencer Emily Mariko Reveals How to Make One of Her Son\u2019s Favorite Homemade Snacks<\/a><\/p>\n The seventh slide included a more recent photo of the family as they posed outdoors. \u201cI\u2019ll tell you this, it was hard, and there were days I didn\u2019t think I could do it all, but they are my why and the reason family is one of our core pillars at Kendra Scott,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n \u201cMy family has always been part of work. Work has always been part of family,\u201d she wrote on the final slide, which showed her holding one of her sons on a red carpet as he sported an adorable suit. \u201cAnd being their mom has always been my favorite job.\u201d<\/p>\n Alongside the slides, Scott wrote in the caption, \u201cIt\u2019s been quite the journey, but I wouldn\u2019t change it for the world! She divorced Davis in 2020, though got married a third time to Thomas Evans<\/strong> in 2022. However, their romance wasn\u2019t meant to be and they split in early 2025.<\/p>\n It didn\u2019t take long for Scott to find love again, as she announced her engagement to country singer Zac Brown<\/strong> in July 2025. \u201cWe are so happy and grateful that we found each other,\u201d the couple told People<\/a><\/em> following their engagement.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
