In a string of Instagram stories, Paris Jackson makes it clear that she had no input in the film that is currently in production. <\/p>\n
Jackson’s statements were made after Colman Domingo gave some statements to PEOPLE. Domingo, who’s starring in the film as Michael’s father and manager, told the publication that Jackson had offered her advice on playing the character and was supportive of the project. <\/p>\n
Jackson shared her thoughts on her Instagram stories, tagging Doming directly. “Don\u2019t be telling people I was \u2018helpful\u2019 on the set of a movie I had 0% involvement in lol,” she wrote in an Instagram story showing a selfie of her face as she got her hair dyed. <\/p>\n
“That is so weird. I read one of the first drafts of the script and gave my notes about what was dishonest, didn\u2019t sit right with me, and when they didn\u2019t address it, I moved on with my life. Not my monkeys, not my circus. God bless and godspeed.\u201d About an hour after, she shared more of her thoughts regarding the “Michael” biopic<\/p>\n \u201cI wasn\u2019t involved at all, aside from giving feedback on the first draft and then getting the feedback that production was not actually going to address your notes at all,” she said.<\/p>\n “A big reason why I haven\u2019t said anything up until this point is because I know a lot of you guys are gonna be happy with it.
