UPDATE \u2014 9\/4\/25, 03:30 a.m. ET:<\/strong> Sasha Farber<\/strong><\/a> addressed his absence from the Dancing With the Stars<\/em> season 34 cast<\/a> in an Instagram Story video<\/a> on Wednesday, September 3.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is a beautiful day today,\u201d Farber, 41, said in the video. \u201cGuys, the Dancing With the Stars<\/em> cast announcement was today. Wow, so many good names. Who are you going to vote for? I mean, I know who I\u2019m going to vote for. I know who you\u2019re not going to vote for \u2014 that\u2019s me. But that\u2019s OK.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThank you all so much for all your incredible messages. I read them all, I see it all, I adore you. I definitely don\u2019t deserve you because you guys are amazing. I love you. Thank you so much,\u201d he continued.<\/p>\n

Farber said that despite his absence, he\u2019s excited to root for the celebrities and their professional dance partners taking part in the upcoming season.<\/p>\n

The cast and their partners were announced via Good Morning America on Wednesday, September 3. Jenna Johnson and husband Val Chmerkovskiy are back in the ballroom to compete alongside [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The upcoming season of Dancing With the Stars<\/em><\/a> is missing some familiar faces, including Sasha Farber<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

When the season 34 cast<\/a> was announced via Good Morning America<\/em> on Wednesday, September 3, the dancer wasn\u2019t named as one of the pros. It appears that Farber addressed his absence from the show in a TikTok comment days before the celeb pairs were revealed.<\/p>\n

\u201cSasha, this season will not be the same without you,\u201d a comment on Farber\u2019s TikTok posted on Monday, September 1, read. \u201cI started watching in 2016 when I was stuck at home on leave from work, and you became a favorite.\u201d<\/p>\n

Farber alluded that he wouldn\u2019t be returning with his reply, but still supported his former cast mates. (Rumors had been swirling for weeks about a DWTS<\/em> cast shakeup online.)<\/p>\n
