CBS\u2019 soap opera Beyond the Gates<\/em> is airing an entire week of repeat<\/a> episodes before season 2.<\/p>\n The next new episode of the hit series is set to premiere Monday, September 8. Beyond the Gates<\/em> is currently reairing episodes after Labor Day, but this isn\u2019t the first time the show was on a brief hiatus. During the week of July 4, the show aired the first episodes of Beyond the Gates<\/em> before returning to new content.<\/p>\n The soap recently filmed its 200th episode after several actors confirmed<\/a> they were done filming season 1. Beyond the Gates<\/em> has been renewed for a second season, which is expected to air in early 2026.<\/p>\n Beyond the Gates<\/em> takes place in a posh gated community in one of the most affluent African American counties just outside of Washington, D.C. The Duprees are at the center of the show, living in the luxurious Fairmont Crest neighborhood.<\/p>\n \u201cAt the center of this community are the Duprees, a powerful and prestigious multigenerational family that is the very definition of Black royalty,\u201d reads the official synopsis. \u201cBut behind these pristine walls and lush, manicured gardens are juicy secrets and scandals waiting to be uncovered.
