Alongside the image, she added a sticker that read, \u201cPeace of mind.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ashley also shared a since-expired image where she walked on an outdoor trail with Joe, 82, amid his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/celebrity-news\/news\/joe-bidens-prostate-cancer-battle-a-timeline\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">battle with prostate cancer<\/a>. Joe kept it casual by donning a pair of navy blue shorts and a long-sleeve shirt styled with a baseball cap and aviator sunglasses, while Ashley wore a sweatshirt, jean shorts and a baseball cap.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cChicken soup for my soul,\u201d she wrote, per the <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/08\/31\/us-news\/joe-biden-seen-smiling-in-photos-with-daughter-ashley-as-debunked-internet-rumors-swirl-about-trumps-health\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>New York Post<\/em><\/a>. \u201cI feel so grateful for our walks and talks. #1 dad.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_4086721\" style=\"width: 559px;\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\">\n<div class=\"ratio-based-placeholder\" style=\"padding-bottom:183.28571428571%;\"><\/div><figcaption class=\"wp-caption-text\"><span class=\"caption\"><br \/>\n Ashley Biden<\/span> <span class=\"credit\">Courtesy of Ashley Biden\/Instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The uploads came weeks after a representative for Ashley confirmed to <em>The Philadelphia Inquirer<\/em> that she <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/celebrity-news\/pictures\/celebrity-splits-divorces-of-2025-jessica-alba-and-cash-warren\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">filed for divorce<\/a> from Krein in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas on August 11.<\/p>\n<p>That same day, the outlet reported that Ashley shared a since-deleted Instagram Story of her walking through a park and giving a thumbs up. The post was set to <strong>Beyonc\u00e9<\/strong>\u2018s \u201cFreedom.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ashley also allegedly reposted the quote, \u201cNew life, new beginnings means new boundaries. New ways of being that won\u2019t look or sound like they did before.\u201d Ms. <strong>Lauryn Hil<\/strong>l\u2019s \u201cFreedom Time\u201d reportedly played alongside the upload.<\/p>\n<p>One year after Krein proposed to Ashley, the couple exchanged vows in 2012 in Delaware \u2014 and were celebrated by Joe and his wife, <strong>Jill Biden<\/strong>.
