\t\t<\/p>\n Jeremy Allen White<\/strong><\/a> is opening up about being nervous to play Bruce Springsteen<\/strong><\/a> on the big screen.<\/p>\n The 34-year-old actor was a guest on Marc Maron<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s podcast<\/a> recently and spoke about his experience in the movie. <\/p>\n According to Jeremy<\/strong>, singing in Deliver Me From Nowhere<\/em><\/strong><\/a> was \u201ca gamble\u201d for him. Jeremy<\/strong> said that the 75-year-old music icon gave him a piece of advice that helped calm his nerves. <\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cI had not had a lot of experience, or any experience, singing or playing guitar, so that was daunting to say the least in the beginning,\u201d Jeremy<\/strong> admitted on the podcast. <\/p>\n Jeremy<\/strong> said that he had a vocal coach to help with fine tuning his voice to match the real-life inspiration for the movie, which helped. <\/p>\n On the vocal coach he used on set, Jeremy<\/strong> said, \u201cHe helped Austin [Butler]<\/strong><\/a> with the Elvis<\/strong><\/a> movie, he helped Timoth\u00e9e Chalamet<\/strong><\/a> with the [Bob] Dylan<\/strong><\/a> movie, he\u2019s kind of the go-to, and he works with a lot of vocalists and real singers and performers.\u201d<\/p>\n \n
