Denise Richards<\/strong><\/a> is feeling like herself again.<\/p>\n

Richards, 54, opened up about undergoing a breast revision surgery via Instagram on Wednesday, August 27, after rupturing both her implants during season 3 of Special Forces: World\u2019s Toughest Test<\/em><\/a>. In the video, Richards said she is already \u201cfeeling pretty good\u201d after her surgery.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m so happy,\u201d she gushed, noting Dr. Robert Cohen was the one to thank for the results.<\/p>\n

One week into healing, Richards shared that she\u2019s excited about the results. \u201cI can\u2019t wait for bikini season,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

The actress, who competed on season 3 of Special Forces: World\u2019s Toughest Test, revealed she ended up rupturing her breast implants during one of the grueling tasks. \u201cI jumped off a bridge, too \u2014 and that\u2019s when [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cAfter over a year of struggling with issues involving my implants, I finally feel healthy and confident in my body,\u201d she captioned the post. \u201cTo anyone out there navigating something similar \u2013 I\u2019m sharing this because I\u2019ve been there. You deserve to feel your best, and I know how overwhelming it can be to navigate everything and to find the right people you can trust.\u201d<\/p>\n

She noted that she has had implants since she was 19 years old, adding, \u201cBack then in the \u201990s, we were all much more private than we are now. I\u2019m so grateful that today we can be more open, support one another and share our experiences. \ud83d\ude4f\ud83d\udc9b.\u201d<\/p>\n

Richards ruptured both her implants<\/a> while jumping off a bridge for a challenge while filming Special Forces. In January, she revealed during a SiriusXM episode of Jeff Lewis Live that the harness she was wearing was to blame for rupturing both implants. At the time, she still had not gotten them fixed.<\/p>\n
