Scott Wolf<\/strong><\/a> called the police on his estranged wife, Kelley Wolf<\/strong><\/a>, over alleged harassment, which led to her arrest on Tuesday, August 26, Us Weekly<\/em> can exclusively report.<\/p>\n

Us<\/em> obtained an affidavit filed by law enforcement regarding Kelley\u2019s arrest for electronic disclosure of personal identifying information and electronic communication harassment.The report noted that on Tuesday, the Sheriff\u2019s Department was called out to Scott, 57, and Kelley\u2019s home, which Kelley, 48, is not allowed to be at per an order in their pending divorce.<\/p>\n

The officer explained Scott \u201creported receiving multiple text messages from his wife with whom he is going through a divorce, Kelley Wolf.\u201dAs the officer was conducting his investigation at the home, \u201cScott received a call from his wife, he answered the call in front of me on speaker phone.\u201d<\/p>\n

The officer said Scott said hello and no one responded: \u201cScott tried multiple times but no answer before Scott hung up the phone ending the call. Shortly after Scott started receiving a barrage of phone calls and text messages from unknown people, some of the calls just showed phone numbers others had the callers names listed. Scott said all of the callers were unknown to him.\u201d<\/p>\n

Scott went to Kelley\u2019s Instagram and saw a post that he believed referenced him as \u201cdimples.\u201d She included his phone number in the post.<\/p>\n

\u201cScott also said the phone number posted was his, and it is also the listed number that law enforcement has for Scott,\u201d the report read.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tScott Wolf\u2019s estranged wife, Kelley Wolf, was seemingly detained by police. Kelley, 48, uploaded an audio clip to her Instagram page on Friday, June 13, where she appeared to argue with law enforcement officers about turning off the camera. \u201cThis is not happening,\u201d a voice, presumably Kelley\u2019s, said. \u201cFine, I\u2019ll go on my own. Wow, [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Scott received approximately 24 calls as well as multiple texts in the first 10 minutes from the time of the first call. Scott said the phone number is to his personal phone he used to communicate with his kids and this is causing a major disruption for him.\u201d<\/p>\n

The officer drove to visit Kelley at a home nearby. \u201cKelley refused to open the front door and talk to me, and instead talked to me through an open front porch window.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kelley refused to answer the officer\u2019s question, per the report. He asked her about posting Scott\u2019s number but she didn\u2019t talk. He told her he had probable cause to arrest her.<\/p>\n

\u201cKelly changed clothes, due to being in a bathrobe while I was speaking to her and then came outside on the front porch. I arrested her for the offense,\u201d the officer said.<\/p>\n

The officer said he believed the \u201ccurrent offense is a felony.\u201d<\/p>\n

The report noted Kelley\u2019s family is \u201cextremely concerned about her mental health.\u201d<\/p>\n

The officer said he was requesting that \u201cKelly be held until she can be seen by a judge as well as a mental health professional. It is believed by family and law enforcement that her illegal and harassing behavior will continue if she is released.\u201d<\/p>\n

Court records show that prosecutors charged Kelley with two misdemeanors following her arrest<\/a>. The court ordered Kelley to not post on social media<\/a> until further court order.<\/p>\n
