It stars <a href=\"https:\/\/usmagazine.com\/celebrities\/jack-black\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Jack Black<\/strong><\/a> as Dewey Finn, an unemployed musician who takes on a substitute teaching job (under his roommate\u2019s name) to make some cash.<\/p>\n<p>But when he discovers that his young charges are super-talented musicians, he comes up with a scheme to recapture his dreams of rock stardom. Helping him along the way are girlfriend Skylar (<strong>Minnie Driver<\/strong>) and best pal Chuckie (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/celebrities\/ben-affleck\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Ben Affleck<\/strong><\/a>). It\u2019s Me, Margaret.<\/em>\u2019 has a 99 percent score \u2014 it\u2019s pretty much a perfect adaptation of the perfect coming-of-age story.
