Snack time!\u00a0Mother-daughter duo Val and Breezy Griffith founded\u00a0<\/span>SkinnyDipped<\/a>\u00a0to create better-for-you treats that don\u2019t skimp on indulgence \u2014 and they’ve already won over fans like <\/span>Kim<\/a> and <\/span>Kourtney Kardashian<\/a>, <\/span>Olivia Munn<\/a>, <\/span>Chace Crawford<\/a>, <\/span>Camila Mendes<\/a>, <\/span>Mark Wahlberg<\/a>, and <\/span>Tyler Cameron<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n “<\/span><\/b>Food has always been my love language. \u2026 It brings people together. \u2026 A delicious meal or snack becomes the centerpiece of conversation and laughter, whether at a family gathering, or just a moment shared between friends,” Val tells ET.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n With that philosophy in mind, the two set out to spread joy far and wide through noshing.<\/span><\/p>\n “Our snacks are thinly, or skinny, dipped. \u2026 We wanted to offer the perfect balance of healthy and delicious, plus sweet and salty,” she adds.<\/span><\/p>\n It\u2019s no wonder why their whole roasted almonds and cashews dipped in chocolate or yogurt, and peanut butter cups made with real peanut butter and caramel, have earned A-list approval.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n “They satisfy cravings without the guilt. \u2026 We focus on eating real, whole foods in moderation, and try to avoid ultra-processed foods as much as possible,” Breezy says.<\/span><\/p>\n “We’ve always believed that the kind of food we whip up and share with our loved ones should be made available to everyone,” she continues while celebrating the release of their\u00a0Pumpkin Spice Almonds.<\/span><\/p>\n In addition to enjoying their favorite nutritious dishes, the duo prioritizes wellness in their daily routines.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n “I swear by getting on the Peloton four times a week, doing a few cold plunges weekly, and walking as much as I can. \u2026 I also carve out moments to pause, breathe, and find stillness,” Val shares.<\/span><\/p>\n
