Candice Swanepoel<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0has been one of the most in-demand swimwear models for more than 15 years. She stays in bikini shape all year round so that she can do a photo shoot at a moment\u2019s notice.<\/p>\n The South Africa native came to the modeling world\u2019s attention when the leggy blonde walked in her first Victoria\u2019s Secret Fashion Show<\/a> in 2007. Candice was such a sensation that she was made an Angel just three years later in 2010. As a result, she keeps in tip-top shape.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m usually bikini-ready all year round,\u201d Candice told\u00a0W<\/em>\u00a0magazine<\/a>\u00a0in 2012.<\/p>\n \u201cI try to train as much as I can<\/a>, as much as my schedule allows it. Sometimes I\u2019m too tired after work, so I try to work out in the morning. Usually like three or four times a week. Or, even if I do 15 minutes of running on the treadmill or yoga at home. You know? Just something to keep it up,\u201d she explained about her workout routine.<\/p>\n \u201cIf I\u2019m on holiday, I\u2019m active on the beach, I play tennis, I run, I swim a lot. It\u2019s just about making the workouts fun, I think, and then it doesn\u2019t really feel that bad,\u201d Candice added.<\/p>\n Her swimwear assignments take her all over the world<\/a>, but she has some favorite locations.<\/p>\n \u201cBrazil, I\u2019m totally obsessed. I\u2019ve been going since I was 17, and the first time I went, I fell in love with it. Just the energy, and I feel alive when I go down there,\u201d Candice told the publication, adding, \u201cBut I also love to go to St. Barts to shoot Victoria\u2019s Secret Swim. The water is so still and amazing, and there\u2019s a great energy there, too.\u201d<\/p>\n At the time, there were three pregnant Victoria\u2019s Secret Angels, and Candice was asked if she believed she could balance motherhood and modeling<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cI mean, it\u2019s difficult. I have a dog and it\u2019s like, wow. I think about the girls taking care of their business and their children and everything. It\u2019s a lot. But you make it work, and at a certain point you long for your own family, something more than just work,\u201d Candice revealed, \u201cSo yeah, I do think about it. But I still have a lot more to do. I\u2019m only 23.\u201d<\/p>\n
