Teen Mom<\/em><\/a> alum Kailyn Lowry<\/strong><\/a> is doubling down on the decision to go under the knife for her double chin.<\/p>\n

\u201cRest in peace to my double chin,\u201d Lowry, 33, said in an Instagram video<\/a> shared on Sunday, August 24. The reality star also shared a series of before and after photos of her face in what she called \u201ca scrapbook of saying goodbye.\u201d<\/p>\n

Other clips within the post showed Lowry being prepped for surgery, with a nurse drawing on her face. While the procedure itself wasn\u2019t documented, Lowry offered a major update after she woke up.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is day one post op,\u201d she said in a separate clip, smiling with her face wrapped while eating instant mashed potatoes. Another video showed Lowry snoring as she slept after the surgery.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnyone else think it looks the same?\u201d one person wondered. Lowry replied, \u201cBabe I\u2019m swollen.\u201d<\/p>\n

Another Instagram user asked whether the double chin would come back \u201cwith weight gain.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI guess, but what I did was fix [a] genetic problem with jowling and sagging skin,\u201d Lowry wrote in response. \u201cI didn\u2019t have lipo.\u201d<\/p>\n

A third commenter told Lowry to \u201cgive it up with the plastic surgery,\u201d to which she clapped back, \u201cI can actually do whatever tf I want tbh \ud83d\ude02.\u201d<\/p>\n
