\t\t<\/p>\n Mingus Reedus<\/strong><\/a> has entered a plea following his domestic assault arrest over the weekend. <\/p>\n The 25-year-old model and son of Norman Reedus<\/strong><\/a> and Helena Christensen<\/strong><\/a> was arrested on Saturday (August 23) in New York City on domestic assault. <\/p>\n He was reportedly initially charged with<\/a> one count of assault and one count of criminal obstruction of breathing, after allegedly punching \u201ca female victim in the leg, causing redness, and then choked her and slammed her to the ground.\u201d<\/p>\n Now, Mingus<\/strong> has been hit with three additional charges, and has entered a not guilty plea. <\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n According to People<\/a><\/em>, the model has also been charged with recklessly causing physical injury, aggravated harassment and harassment, per court records, and has plead not guilty to all five charges. <\/p>\n Mingus<\/strong> is next set to appear in court on Tuesday (August 26). <\/p>\n His attorney, Priya Chaudhry<\/strong>, who has also represented Jen Shah<\/strong><\/a> and Jonathan Majors<\/strong><\/a>, says her client\u2019s \u201cinnocence will become clear\u201d as \u201cthe facts emerge.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cDespite what the prosecutor said in court \u2014 which is not evidence \u2014 they [the Manhattan District Attorney\u2019s Office] chose to charge Mingus <\/strong>with misdemeanors or less. This speaks volumes, and much louder than the unsupported prosecutor\u2019s in-court comments,\u201d she said in a statement. <\/p>\n \u201cEqually important, the judge released Mingus on his own recognizance, with neither bail nor supervision,\u201d she adds. \u201cThat significant judicial decision amplifies the volume.
