JaNa Craig<\/strong><\/a> is speaking out about her split from ex Kenny Rodriguez<\/strong><\/a>. <\/p>\n The 28-year-old Love Island USA<\/strong><\/a><\/em> season six and Love Island: Beyond the Villa<\/em> star and her former beau met on the Peacock dating series and broke up just a few weeks ago<\/a> after one year. <\/p>\n In a new interview, JaNa<\/strong> hinted at a reason for their split, which she previously said fan theories were wrong, and her friends\/co-stars have called Kenny<\/strong> a clout chaser. <\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cI don\u2019t want to waste my breath on him if I\u2019m being so honest, but it was what I thought it was. Like I thought it was a good relationship, but it wasn\u2019t. And that\u2019s fine,\u201d she told People<\/a><\/em>. \u201cIt was so dark, you know, the past. I don\u2019t like talking about it anymore. I\u2019ve already healed, I\u2019d say, from it. I\u2019ve moved on. I\u2019ve gotten the closure I need. So, I don\u2019t really like to dwell on the past. There\u2019s no benefit of doing so. But, I can say, I\u2019ve filled myself up with so much work that I don\u2019t even have time to think about the things that happened, you know, these past few weeks. And I love that \u2019cause I don\u2019t need to. It\u2019s just not healthy for me.\u201d<\/p>\n She also addressed people saying there were red flags that she missed, and said that he had a hidden agenda. <\/p>\n \u201cI hate that people are telling me there was so many red flags that she missed, but I just feel like, when someone has a hidden agenda, they\u2019re going to come off as genuine as possible to reach their goal. The red flags that people saw, I didn\u2019t see because the communication that was there was nothing in relation to the hidden agenda,\u201d JaNa<\/strong> said. \u201cObviously couples fight like, we fought, it\u2019s normal. We were good. We moved on. We checked on each other. So, I thought I would be fine.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cPeople are like, \u2018You missed so many things.\u2019 I\u2019m like, \u2018But I didn\u2019t.\u2019 Because no one\u2019s perfect. No couple\u2019s perfect. There are situations where we forgave each other as you would do in a relationship. It gets frustrating, but it\u2019s OK. Life goes on,\u201d she added. <\/p>\n JaNa<\/strong> credited her family and friends for being there for her over the past few weeks, and even thanked the fans for their support as well. <\/p>\n \u201cI just want to thank my supporters. Everyone that has been riding for me since day one. People ride for me hard. Like I cannot let America down,\u201d she said. \u201cI keep on striving hard. I keep on working hard just to show my gratitude to them, but I don\u2019t think I\u2019ve ever been drowned in so much love and support. I just feel like the whole country just gave me a big hug after all I\u2019ve been through these past few weeks.
