took to Instagram<\/a> to share two adorable new photos of herself with her now 1-year-old son Jack on his first birthday.<\/p>\nAlongside the photos of Hailey looking blissful as the son she shares with husband Justin Bieber<\/strong> lay on her chest, she wrote, \u201c1 year of you my beautiful boy. Happy 1st Birthday Jack Blues, you are joy personified\ud83e\ude75.\u201d<\/p>\nThe celebratory post comes weeks after Hailey teased the special day by sharing some of her favorite new mom products that she used during Jack\u2019s first year of life.<\/p>\n
\n<\/blockquote>\n\u201cSince my son is almost a year,\u201d she wrote on her Instagram Story on July 31, \u201cI wanted to finally share all my favorite pregnancy and post baby things that I loved and couldn\u2019t live without and some I still use to this day.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cFor any pregnant or new mamas, these were the things I couldn\u2019t live without,\u201d she noted.<\/p>\n

Over the last 12 months, both Hailey and Justin have kept their little boy\u2019s face away from the public eye, only posting strategically posted photos of Jack over the last year.<\/p>\n

Tiny Toes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<\/blockquote>\nDuring a conversation with Vogue, published in May, Hailey called birth \u201cthe hardest thing I\u2019ve ever done.\u201d<\/p>\n
Easter vs Easters Past<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<\/blockquote>\nHailey told Vogue at the time that she felt stronger than she\u2019s every felt going into the birth of her son, but despite doing everything she could to prepare, her body didn\u2019t go into labor naturally.<\/p>\n
After she began leaking fluid, Hailey was given Pitocin to induce labor as her doctor used a Foley balloon to encourage her cervix to dilate.<\/p>\n
Describing the induction process as \u201cso crazy,\u201d the model and entrepreneur said it \u201cwas not fun. They broke my water. I went into labor and I labored for a few hours. No epidural, nothing.\u201d<\/p>\n
A Family Walk<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<\/blockquote>\nA total of 18 hours later, she gave birth to Jack Blues Bieber, she told Vogue.<\/p>\n
Father and Son Time<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<\/blockquote>\nHowever, just moments after Jack\u2019s arrival, the infant was whisked away when Hailey began experiencing postpartum hemorrhaging.<\/p>\n
All Things Pink<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<\/blockquote>\nHailey told Vogue the moment was \u201ca little bit scary,\u201d but she trusted her \u201cdoctor with my life.\u201d Bieber told Vogue.<\/p>\n
\u201cSo I had peace that I knew she would never let anything happen to me. But I was bleeding really badly, and people die, and the thought crosses your mind,\u201d she admitted, noting the only thing on her mind at the time was being with her newborn son.<\/p>\n
Jack in A Box<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<\/blockquote>\nHailey told Vogue that it was important for her to share her labor and delivery story and her hopes of growing their family in the future.<\/p>\n
\u201cYou\u2019re not the same\u00a0person<\/i>\u00a0that you were before,\u201d Bieber tells Vogue. \u201cYou change head to toe. And I think there was a minute where I kept really hyper- fixating on getting back to what I was. And then I had to go through that acceptance of,\u00a0\u2018I\u2019m not going back.\u2019<\/i>\u00a0So it\u2019s really about how do I want to move forward? Who do I want to\u00a0be<\/i>?\u201d<\/p>\n
