\t\t<\/p>\n Things got a bit awkward for Tom Hiddleston<\/strong><\/a> during a recent interview.<\/p>\n On Thursday (August 21), the 44-year-old Emmy-nominated actor and co-star Karen Gillan<\/strong><\/a> appeared on the U.K.\u2019s Heart Radio<\/a> to promote their new movie The Life of Chuck<\/em>.<\/p>\n During the live interview, host Devin Griffin<\/strong> brought up Tom<\/strong>\u2018s ex-girlfriend Taylor Swift<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span>The 35-year-old \u201cBlank Space\u201d singer\u2019s name unexpectedly came up when Tom<\/strong> shared that he loves to read about sports online during his free time.<\/p>\n \u201cI find myself on the sports highlights,\u201d Tom<\/strong> shared. \u201cIt\u2019s football or if there\u2019s been a tennis championship I\u2019ve missed. There\u2019s all these sports journalists who write really beautifully about sport, and I love reading what they\u2019ve written.\u201d<\/p>\n Tom<\/strong>\u2018s comments apparently reminded Devin Griffin<\/strong> about Taylor<\/strong>, who recently shared that she likes to read sourdough blogs<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cWe did just find out\u2014Taylor Swift, big fan of a sourdough recipe blog,\u201d the radio DJ said. \u201cVery, very specific but I see how you could get into that.\u201d<\/p>\n At that moment, Tom<\/strong> can be seen furrowing his eyebrows and becoming uncomfortable at the mention of his ex-girlfriend, whom he dated in the summer of 2016<\/a>.<\/p>\n However, Karen<\/strong>, 37, luckily jumped in to save Tom<\/strong> from having to respond.<\/p>\n \u201cThat feels like an Easter egg for something,\u201d Karen<\/strong> said of Taylor<\/strong>\u2019s interest in sourdough blogs before joking, \u201cI think it might be something to do with the Super Bowl.\u201d<\/p>\n Tom<\/strong> then laughed at Karen<\/strong>\u2018s comments and the conversation moved on.<\/p>\n The radio show later poked fun at the incident by posting the clip from the interview to Heart FM TikTok<\/a> page alongside the caption, \u201cWhen you accidentally mention their ex\u2026\u201d <\/p>\n If you missed it, Tom<\/strong> recently shared an update on his future with Marvel<\/a>.<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
