1000-Lb. Sisters<\/em><\/a> star Tammy Slaton<\/strong><\/a> has a lot to smile about.<\/p>\n

After losing more than 500 pounds, the reality television star showed off her new set of teeth during an appearance on the \u201cCreative Chaos\u201d<\/a> podcast on Tuesday, August 19.<\/p>\n

Slaton, 39, flashed her new smile to podcast host Hunter Ezell<\/strong> and detailed her efforts to upgrade her teeth.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey\u2019re temporary still,\u201d Slaton said. \u201cBut they had to cement them in because the glue wasn\u2019t holding. My body was rejecting it.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tViewers have watched 1000-Lb. Sisters star Tammy Slaton deal with major health problems over the years, and now they\u2019re cheering her on in her weight loss journey. Tammy suffered numerous health crises throughout the years as her weight and partying lifestyle grew out of control. In November 2021, the reality star was put on life [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Slaton added, \u201cI\u2019m still getting more done. It\u2019s a process.\u201d<\/p>\n

Slaton and sister Amy<\/strong> shared their weight-loss journey on TLC\u2019s 1000-Lb. Sisters<\/em>, which documented her undergoing bariatric surgery in 2022.<\/p>\n

In April, Slaton revealed that she had lost 500 pounds.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen I was at my heaviest, I was 700-plus pounds,\u201d she said on the show. \u201cRight now, I\u2019m weighing in at 238.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tTLC star Tammy Slaton is celebrating a major milestone. The 1,000-Lb. Sisters star shared a video on Sunday, August 18, revealing that she\u2019s lost 500 pounds since 2022. \u201cTruly absolutely amazing ladies and I\u2019m happy to call y\u2019all my friends,\u201d Slaton wrote over a TikTok video in which she can be seen posing alongside other [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cEveryone is telling me I look smaller than Amy,\u201d she added, referring to her sister, who has lost 176 pounds herself. \u201cThat\u2019s kind of hard to believe. I can\u2019t believe I did that.\u201d<\/p>\n

Slaton underwent skin removal surgery<\/a> in June to remove excess skin following her drastic weight loss.<\/p>\n

\u201cI was just overwhelmed with excitement,\u201d she told People<\/em> of being approved for the surgery. \u201cI worked really hard for this, and now it\u2019s here. I\u2019m pretty sure it was noticeable on my face how immediately shocked and then overwhelmed with joy I was.\u201d<\/p>\n
