Scott Wolf<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s estranged wife, Kelley Wolf<\/strong><\/a>, is sharing more insight into her financial situation.<\/p>\n After claiming last month<\/a> that she had just \u201c$6 to my name,\u201d Kelley, 48, shared a screenshot to her Instagram Story<\/a> on Wednesday, August 20, showing an overdrawn bank account.<\/p>\n The business account, under the name KW FLOW LLC, appears to be overdrawn by $2,779.20. A business card attached to the account, meanwhile, has a balance of $12.<\/p>\n In a July 29 Instagram post, Kelley claimed she was in a difficult financial position amid her divorce from actor Scott, 57.<\/p>\n \u201c1:00 AM \u2026 Tonight, I had two choices: Sleep in my car \u2014 again \u2014 or use a room that had been booked for me at what used to be my favorite hotel in Utah,\u201d she wrote. \u201cI chose neither. Because dignity matters.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI have $6 to my name. My brother supports me. Let that sink in,\u201d Kelley continued. \u201cAfter building a career as one of the most exclusive consultants in the world \u2014 (and if you don\u2019t believe me, then you were never in the room where it happened) \u2014 I\u2019m now living inside a system that tried to erase me.\u201d<\/p>\n Us Weekly<\/em> broke the news on Wednesday<\/a> that Kelley had been dropped by her divorce lawyer after Scott accused his estranged his wife of making \u201cdisturbing, false\u201d allegations against him.<\/p>\n A Utah judge presiding over the divorce granted a motion brought forward by Kelley\u2019s attorney, Farrah Spencer<\/strong>, to withdraw her representation earlier this week.<\/p>\n Spencer and her law firm were \u201cpermitted to withdraw as counsel of record for [Kelley] effective immediately, and are relieved of any and all future duties and responsibilities for [Kelley] in this case,\u201d per court documents obtained by Us<\/em>.<\/p>\n The judge said that \u201call further pleadings, motions, notices and other documents shall be served directly on [Kelley]\u201d at her personal email address.<\/p>\n Party of Five<\/em> alum Scott recently spoke out about his divorce battle<\/a> with Kelley, with whom he shares three children, in a statement to People<\/em> on Friday, August 15. He said his ex had \u201cplans to \u2018make claims\u2019 about me,\u201d including allegations of psychological abuse and child endangerment, that she didn\u2019t believe were true.<\/p>\n
