much of the behavior is outlined in the video. most of this broke out over instagram where author HD Carlton reported on that cosplayer animus, who was in attendance, was allegedly <span class=\"lj-spoiler\"><span class=\"lj-spoiler-head\"><span class=\"lj-spoiler-leftbracket\">[<\/span><b><a href=\"https:\/\/ohnotheydidnt.livejournal.com\/javascript:void(0)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><svg xmlns=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2000\/svg\" width=\"18\" height=\"12\" class=\"flaticon flaticon--eye lj-spoiler-icon\" style=\"display: none; one congoer (who is in the video) brought a strapon dildo and was doing things such as flashing it in unrelated photos, performing sexual acts on it, and using it to harass various other cosplayers. she has apologized but predictably that went over like a lead balloon. <br \/>&#8211;
