Kristin Cavallari<\/strong> <\/a>hasn\u2019t been in a rush to find someone new after her split from Mark Estes<\/strong>, which has affected her sex life.<\/p>\n

During the Tuesday, August 19, episode of her \u201cLet\u2019s Be Honest With Kristin Cavallari\u201d podcast<\/a>, the Hills<\/em> alum, 38, praised her bond with longtime friend Justin Anderson<\/strong> before discussing her dating life.<\/p>\n

\u201cI really am able to get a lot from Justin, which, hey, maybe that\u2019s why I haven\u2019t felt the need to settle or make a man work,\u201d she noted. \u201cBecause I\u2019ve gained a lot from Justin that I would need from a man.\u201d<\/p>\n

Cavallari noted that there are some needs that don\u2019t get met<\/a> in a friendship, adding, \u201cOther than sex, obviously, which we won\u2019t even go there \u2019cause the lack of that is, that\u2019s really sad.\u201d<\/p>\n

After pulling the plug on her romance with Estes, 25, Cavallari hasn\u2019t fully returned<\/a> to the dating scene.<\/p>\n

\u201cI haven\u2019t been dating this year, you guys. I haven\u2019t been dating,\u201d she shared. \u201cI did just go on a date, and it was a great date and it was a really great first date back in the game.\u201d<\/p>\n

Cavallari continued, \u201cBut I am kind of back out there, not back out there. I went on one date. But I was excited to go on a date. I\u2019ve needed this year to kind of just focus on myself.\u201d<\/p>\n

The former reality TV star was in a relationship with Estes<\/a> for less than a month before their breakup.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s hard because I broke up with Mark because I just know long-term it\u2019s not right, and it\u2019s not because of love lost or something bad happened,\u201d she explained on her podcast in October 2024. \u201cHe\u2019s been the best boyfriend I\u2019ve ever had. I just know long-term he needs to experience life, he\u2019s young. \u2026 I started to feel the age a little bit with life experience.\u201d<\/p>\n

Cavallari\u2019s connection with Estes came after her high-profile split from ex-husband Jay Cutler<\/strong>. The former couple, who share kids Camden, 12, Jaxon, 10, and Saylor, 9, were married for nearly seven years before their April 2020 split.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have nothing but love and respect for one another and are deeply grateful for the years shared, memories made, and the children we are so proud of,\u201d the former couple wrote in a joint statement at the time. \u201cThis is just the situation of two people growing apart.\u201d<\/p>\n
