\t\t<\/p>\n Jade Thirlwall<\/strong><\/a> is opening up about her own struggle with weight loss drugs and her eating disorder past.<\/p>\n The 32-year-old \u201cPlastic Box\u201d singer recently shared how it\u2019s a daily struggle to stay off Ozempic<\/strong><\/a> with her past with an eating disorder.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cI have a daily battle with myself not to go on Ozempic,\u201d she told The Guardian<\/a><\/em>. \u201cI don\u2019t judge people that do, but because I have a history of eating disorders, I don\u2019t know where taking something like that would end for me.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cLittle Mix<\/strong><\/a> fans were all about empowerment and celebrating your body however you look. Now I\u2019m in my 30s and the healthiest I\u2019ve ever been, but every time I post a picture, there are comments saying, \u2018She must be pregnant,\u2019\u201d Jade <\/strong>added. \u201cThe sad thing is that it\u2019s usually women. But people are used to seeing me in a group environment five or 10 years ago when I was stick-thin because I was in my early 20s with an eating disorder.\u201d<\/p>\n She also noted there were times when she was in Little Mix that she looks back on and can see when she struggled with her eating disorder. <\/p>\n \u201cI didn\u2019t think it at the time, but when I look back at photos of periods when I was quite unhappy, I think, wow, girlie, you were very, very thin,\u201d she recalled. \u201cThe pattern was there. Historically, if I\u2019ve ever felt that something is out of my control, then restricting food has been a means of controlling my life in a very toxic way.\u201d<\/p>\n So many celebrities have spoken out about using Ozempic<\/a>. <\/p>\n <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
