And definitely the [Las Vegas] Aces players have really good style,\u201d she continued. \u201cAnd so, I, you know, I saw a lot of players last year dress up and had really cool outfits.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Martin has more than made a name for herself since being selected as the No. 18 overall pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft. Brink, 22, opened up to ESPN about her pregame tunnel outfit ahead of the Los Angeles Sparks vs. Indiana Fever game on Tuesday, May 28, sharing that Gauff, 20, influenced the look. \u201cI\u2019m wearing my little [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>In December 2024, Martin was picked up by the Golden State Valkyries as part of the WNBA Expansion Draft. Hayes soft-launched her clothing line, Seyah Renara, in 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Her teammate has \u201cstyled me a couple of times\u201d with pieces from the line, Martin shared, adding that she thinks \u201cit\u2019s really cool that she has pursued this side of fashion.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLike, she\u2019s not just a basketball player, but you know, an entrepreneur, and it has really cool style,\u201d she continued. \u201cI also think [Washington Mystics player] <strong>Alysha Clark\u2019s<\/strong> outfits, especially this year, have been phenomenal.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Martin\u2019s own evolving sense of style will continue to make an impact before WNBA games \u2014 and now fans can get in on the fun by replicating her outfits for themselves. Martin, Hayes and teammate <strong>Monique Billings<\/strong> have partnered with the online shopping platform Rakuten to make it possible for fans to buy items from their own tunnel fits, bringing the WNBA even more into their homes and lives.<\/p>\n<div id=\"news-block\">\n<div class=\"newsletter-form  \">\n<div class=\"newsletter-signup__success\" aria-live=\"polite\">\n<h3>Thank You!<\/h3>\n<p>You have successfully subscribed.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<p>That kind of community building is important to Martin, who described the Valkyries\u2019 fans as \u201cincredible.\u201d The team \u2014 which has sold out every single home game at the Chase Center (or Ballhalla, as they\u2019ve affectionately dubbed their home court) this season \u2014 is hyper-aware of how special the 18,000+ people who show up really are.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI mean, it\u2019s been phenomenal to see what our fan base was at the start of the season and what it is now,\u201d Martin said. \u201cAnd they\u2019ve just been nothing but loyal and supportive to us. You know, they\u2019re there from tip-off to the final buzzer at every single game, win, lose or whatever. And we really appreciate it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She continued, \u201cAnd the atmosphere in Ballhalla is honestly like second to none. It\u2019s been really fun to be able to play in front of such a loud crowd or such a supportive crowd. And I don\u2019t think it\u2019s like that everywhere else in the W.
