Taylor Swift<\/strong> has revealed just how instrumental she was in helping Kylie Kelce<\/strong> and her four daughters welcome a cat into their family.<\/p>\n

While a guest on the \u201cNew Heights\u201d podcast<\/a> on Aug. 13, Travis Kelce<\/strong> asked his girlfriend, pop star Taylor Swift, how she felt about Jason Kelce<\/strong>\u2019s lie about cats being poisonous.<\/p>\n

During a previous episode of the podcast, Jason revealed that Kylie has been putting the pressure on him to agree to get a family cat. Jason, not being a cat person, admitted he wasn\u2019t on board with the idea and eventually told their daughters, Wyatt, Elliotte, Bennett, and Finnley, the little white lie about cats being poisonous so that they wouldn\u2019t want a pet cat either.<\/p>\n

However, with Taylor now being Travis\u2019s girlfriend, and a well-known lover of cats (having three of them herself<\/a>), Taylor revealed that she has since made it very clear to Jason and Kylie\u2019s daughters that cats are not poisonous.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was actually really a great challenge, because as soon as I got the kids around the cats, it was my goal to prove to them that they weren\u2019t poisonous, and there\u2019s no better way to prove that than to just hand them Benjamin, my Rag doll cat,\u201d Taylor explained, sharing that Benjamin lets humans \u201chold him like he\u2019s a baby.\u201d<\/p>\n

Taylor continued saying it is her favorite thing ever when Jason and Kylie\u2019s third oldest daughter Bennie bonds with Benjamin. \u201cShe\u2019s just like, over there, just like laying with him and petting him and holding him.\u201d<\/p>\n

The singer-songwriter then dropped the news that she heard from a \u201cvery well-placed source\u201d that Jason and Kylie are in fact getting a cat.<\/p>\n

\u201cI will neither confirm nor deny,\u201d Jason responded to the news. \u201cThere\u2019s a chance I\u2019ve been talked into a barn cat that does not go inside, that will survive off of rodents in the fields,\u201d Jason added, which made both Travis and Taylor laugh.<\/p>\n

\u201cThose girls are going to be sneaking that cat in,\u201d Taylor noted and Travis agreed. \u201cThere\u2019s no way\u201d (that cat is staying outside).<\/p>\n

Jason continued saying that he can get \u201cdown with\u201d some cats, noting his love for their childhood cat, Flash, before Taylor asked how he felt about her three cats.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe only one that would go near me was Benjamin,\u201d Jason admitted. \u201cYeah, because the other two can sense that you had resting cat hater face.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
