\t\t<\/p>\n Kathy Griffin<\/strong><\/a> is showing off the results of her latest plastic surgery procedures.<\/p>\n During the Tuesday (August 5) episode of her Talk Your Head Off<\/em> podcast<\/a>, the 64-year-old comedian revealed that she recently had a third facelift, which was performed by Beverly Hills-based celebrity plastic surgeon, Dr. Ben Talei<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span>\u201cIt\u2019s my third. I know that\u2019s so vain!\u201d Kathy<\/strong> said. \u201cI\u2019m so vain for no reason. No one has ever gone to a Kathy Griffin show to see her beautiful, youthful face.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cYou come to hear my jokes, which is what I want,\u201d she continued. \u201cI don\u2019t want you to come to care what I look like. I\u2019m in Lululemons<\/em> today for God\u2019s sake. I\u2019m in my fat pants.\u201d <\/p>\n The facelift wasn\u2019t the only new cosmetic work that Kathy<\/strong> had done. She also revealed that she got an \u201cupper eye job\u201d (a blepharoplasty), that included a \u201ccat eye stitch\u201d to give her eyes a lift at the corners. She also had work done to her chin.<\/p>\n \u201cThere\u2019s a stitch in my chin, which you\u2019re probably not going to see unless you\u2019re under me, but not in that way,\u201d she joked. <\/p>\n Kathy<\/strong> then went on to detail how \u201cpainful\u201d her recovery was.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m going to be honest. It\u2019s painful,\u201d Kathy<\/strong> said. \u201cSo these b-tches that are like, \u2018It\u2019s like getting a tooth filled! It\u2019s nothing!\u2019 No, it\u2019s painful.\u201d <\/p>\n After getting the work done, Kathy<\/strong> said that she went to a \u201crich lady recovery place\u201d for her healing process. She was then sent home with a nurse and described the first few days after the procedure as \u201cdisgusting.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cYou get out of that place and you come home and maybe you come home with a nurse, and it\u2019s disgusting,\u201d Kathy<\/strong> explained. \u201cI\u2019m not going to lie. The first night there\u2019s drains that come out of your chin. I know it\u2019s so gross.
