\t\t<\/p>\n Selena Gomez<\/strong><\/a> is looking back at the early days of her music career.<\/p>\n Before going solo, the 33-year-old singer\/actress performed as part of the group Selena Gomez & The Scene<\/strong>. During their time together from 2009 to 2012, the group released three studio albums.<\/p>\n In a new interview, Selena<\/strong> revealed which song with her old group is her favorite that she now hopes to re-record.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span> While speaking to Jake Shane<\/strong><\/a> on his show Therapuss<\/a><\/em>, Selena<\/strong> said she loves \u201cWho Says,\u201d which was the lead single off the group\u2019s final album, When the Sun Goes Down<\/em>, released back in 2011.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s the most powerful moment when I get to perform it,\u201d Selena<\/strong> admitted. \u201cThat\u2019s honestly the only reason I would ever do a tour again, to perform \u2018Who Says.\u2019\u201d <\/p>\n While she hasn\u2019t toured since 2016, Selena<\/strong> said she\u2019d have to \u201ctake it down an octave from each year I\u2019ve sang it\u201d if she were to perform \u201cWho Says\u201d today. <\/p>\n She then noted that she would consider re-recording the track because her voice sounds \u201cyoung\u201d on the original.<\/p>\n \u201cI need to redo it,\u201d Selena<\/strong> said. \u201cI should recut it.\u201d <\/p>\n She then said that she recently heard \u201cWho Says\u201d on the radio while abroad and she started \u201ctearing up\u201d when she listened to it.<\/p>\n \u201cI was like, \u2018Why the f\u2013k am I tearing up to my own song?\u2019\u201d Selena<\/strong> said. \u201cBut it was because it was the little me who was there saying these really powerful messages that I still need to hear.\u201d <\/p>\n Also in the interview, Selena<\/strong> talked about her friendship<\/a> with Taylor Swift<\/strong><\/a>, marrying Benny Blanco<\/strong><\/a>, her mental health, and so much more.<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
