\t\t<\/p>\n Justin Baldoni<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s lawyers are hitting back. <\/p>\n Last week, the 41-year-old actor and director reportedly sat in<\/a> on Blake Lively<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s deposition hearing with his lawyers, and earlier this week, her legal team filed sanctions<\/a> claiming Justin<\/strong>\u2018s lawyer made \u201cimproper out-of-court statements\u201d designed to influence jurors. <\/p>\n Now, Justin<\/strong>\u2018s team is responding to the accusations made against one of their own. <\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Via People<\/a><\/em>, Justin<\/strong>\u2018s lawyers said Blake<\/strong> \u201calleges that \u2018it also appears that the Wayfarer Defendants immediately leaked details from the deposition to the tabloid media.\u2019 She does not cite any evidence. This is not surprising as there is none.\u201d<\/p>\n His team also states that the potential leaks very well could have come from her side and they question why she assumed they were responsible. <\/p>\n \u201cMs. Lively<\/strong> also fails to explain why any such \u2018leak\u2019 could not have originated from Ms. Lively<\/strong>, her husband [Ryan Reynolds<\/strong><\/a>], her multiple attorneys, legal or administrative staff from the law firm representing her (whose office she demanded host the deposition), or the catering staff employed thereby who served lunch,\u201d Justin<\/strong>\u2018s lawyers wrote in their filing. <\/p>\n \u201cPutting aside the identity of the culprit, the identities of those in attendance for her deposition are not newsworthy because all parties are entitled to attend all depositions,\u201d they added. <\/p>\n A spokesperson for Blake<\/strong> says are pleased with the outcome of her deposition and look forward \u201cto deposing Justin Baldoni<\/strong> and each of the co-defendants in short order.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cDeposition testimony is confidential for good reason \u2014 it\u2019s evidence in a legal proceeding and is subject to objections and evidentiary rules,\u201d they continued. \u201cJuries aren\u2019t just handed deposition transcripts to read at home, and instead they listen to testimony that is presented at trial under a judge\u2019s supervision.\u201d<\/p>\n If you missed it, one of the defendants in Blake<\/strong>\u2018s lawsuit was removed <\/a>by the judge.<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
