Dean Cain<\/strong><\/a> is becoming an ICE agent.<\/p>\n On Wednesday (August 6), the 58-year-old actor, who is best known for playing Superman in the 90s television series Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman<\/em>, appeared on Fox News\u2019 Jesse Watters Primetime<\/em> where he revealed that he has applied to join the Immigration and Customs Enforcement to help carry out President Donald Trump<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s mass deportation agenda.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span>\u201cI put out a recruitment video yesterday \u2014 I\u2019m actually a sworn deputy sheriff and a reserve police officer \u2014 I wasn\u2019t part of ICE, but once I put that out there and you put a little blurb on your show, it went crazy,\u201d Dean<\/strong> said during the interview. \u201cSo now I\u2019ve spoken with some officials over at ICE, and I will be sworn in as an ICE agent, ASAP.\u201d <\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m stepping up,\u201d he added. \u201cHopefully, a whole bunch of other former officers, former ICE agents, will step up and we\u2019ll meet those recruitment goals immediately, and we\u2019ll help protect this country.\u201d<\/p>\n When asked what motivated him to join ICE, Dean<\/strong> answered, \u201cThis country was built on patriots stepping up, whether it was popular or not, and doing the right thing. I truly believe this is the right thing.\u201d<\/p>\n He continued, \u201cWe have a broken immigration system. Congress needs to fix it, but in the interim, President Trump ran on this. He is delivering on this. This is what people voted for. It\u2019s what I voted for, and he\u2019s going to see it through, and I\u2019ll do my part and help make sure it happens.\u201d <\/p>\n Earlier this week, Dean<\/strong> took to Instagram<\/a> to share a video encouraging his followers to join the federal agency.<\/p>\n \u201cFor those who don\u2019t know, I am a sworn law enforcement officer, as well as being a filmmaker, and I felt it was important to join with our first responders to help secure the safety of all Americans, not just talk about it,\u201d Dean<\/strong> said. \u201cSo, I joined up.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cSo, if you want to help save America, ICE is arresting the worst of the worst and removing them from America\u2019s streets. I like that. I voted for that,\u201d he added. \u201cThey need your help.
