Before Robert Irwin was announced as the first celebrity cast member of DWTS season 34, Arnold, 19, expressed her interest in partnering up with the Australian conservationist and TV personality during a September 2024 interview on the \u201cLightweights\u201d [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
As of right now, only four celebrities have been announced to cast, which includes Irwin, Alix Earle<\/strong>, Jen Affleck<\/strong> and Whitney Leavitt<\/strong>. Irwin was the first participant to be confirmed<\/a> back in April.<\/p>\nArnold told Us<\/em> she was \u201cglad\u201d to find out Robert is joining season 34 and recalled seeing him at the show when his older sister, Bindi Irwin<\/strong>, competed and won season 21.<\/p>\n\u201cI remember when I was younger, I saw him at a taping when Bindi was on the show, and I was like, \u2018He would be awesome on the show when he\u2019s older,\u2019\u201d she reflected. \u201cI think it\u2019s so awesome. Arnold added that she\u2019s also excited to see both The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives<\/em> stars Leavitt, 32, and Affleck, 26, represent her home state of Utah<\/a>, which has been known for its contribution to the ballroom dancing scene.<\/p>\n\u201cI\u2019m very excited to see the two of them together and to see them compete against each other. I wonder what it\u2019s going to be like,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n
