In 2018, Pirro penned the book \u201cLiars, Leakers, and Liberals: The Case Against the Anti-Trump Conspiracy.\u201d The Washington Post<\/em>, in a review<\/a> of 6 pro-Trump texts, called Pirro\u2019s work \u201cthe most gushing.\u201d In it, she railed against \u201cFake News,\u201d \u201cCrooked Hillary,\u201d \u201cLIAR Obama,\u201d and \u201cLIBERAL haters\u201d while celebrating Trump\u2019s \u201cKryptonite-proof aura of invincibility.\u201d<\/p>\n When Trump ran again and lost in the 2020 cycle, Pirro was a vocal supporter of his unsubstantiated Big Lie that the election was stolen from him. She was later cited in a defamation lawsuit against Fox News by Dominion Voting Systems for her role in spreading this disinformation. In December 2023, Fox reached a $787.5 million settlement<\/a> with Dominion and was forced to acknowledge that Pirro, along with others at Fox, had peddled false claims about Dominion.<\/p>\n The support came the other way too, from Trump to Pirro.<\/p>\n In March of 2019, Pirro sparked outrage on her Fox show, Justice with Judge Jeanine, when she questioned if Representative Ilhan Omar<\/strong> of Minnesota could be loyal to the United States because she wears a hijab. \u201cIs her adherence to this Islamic doctrine indicative of her adherence to Sharia law,\u201d Pirro asked her audience, \u201cwhich in itself is antithetical to the United States Constitution?\u201d Fox News distanced itself from the remarks, but Pirro didn\u2019t. The following week, her show didn\u2019t air at its regular Saturday night slot.<\/p>\n \u201cBring back @JudgeJeanine Pirro,\u201d Trump wrote in a post<\/a> on then-Twitter. \u201cThe Radical Left Democrats, working closely with their beloved partner, the Fake News Media, is using every trick in the book to SILENCE a majority of our Country. They have all out campaigns against @FoxNews hosts who are doing too well.\u201d<\/p>\n
