The song\u2019s original lyrics are: <em><strong>I feel unhappy, I feel so sad \/ I\u2019ve lost the best friend that I ever had.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ozzy\u2019s loved ones previously confirmed his passing on Tuesday, July 22.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning,\u201d they said in a statement at the time. \u201cHe was with his family and surrounded by love. I don\u2019t want to die in a hotel room somewhere. Then I had a bad fall. I had to have surgery on my neck, which screwed all my nerves.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ozzy\u2019s wife, Sharon Osbourne, explained at the time: <\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s PRKN 2. There\u2019s so many different types of Parkinson\u2019s. It\u2019s not a death sentence by any stretch of the imagination, but it does affect certain nerves in your body.
