Candace<\/strong> repeatedly requested an interview with Brigitte Macron<\/strong>. Instead of offering a comment, Brigitte<\/strong> is resorting to trying to bully a reporter into submission. In France, politicians can bully journalists, but this is not France. It\u2019s America. That this was a very good idea for you to be the first sitting first lady of a country to file a lawsuit against a journalist of another country,\u201d she added. <\/p>\n \u201cYou\u2019re defaming me because you don\u2019t want people to continue to watch the series. But I\u2019m sorry, my friend, the train has left the station,\u201d Candace <\/strong>said. \u201cIt\u2019s not going to work, OK? The idea that you would file this lawsuit is all of the proof that you need,\u201d she continued.<\/p>\n \u201cI am fully prepared to take on this battle,\u201d she adds. \u201cOn behalf of the entire world, I will see you in court.\u201d<\/p>\n The lawsuit stems after the First Family\u2019s three past retraction demands sent to Candace, as said in the complaint, following her \u201cBecoming Brigitte<\/a>\u201d series where she claims Brigitte<\/strong> was born male, citing a book that stemmed it all. <\/p>\n \u201cTo make matters worse, many others have republished her lies, thereby increasing their global audience and the emotional and reputational harm they have caused,\u201d the Macrons lawyer declared in the suit. <\/p>\n
