We miss her deeply, but we know she\u2019s always with us. I continue to trust and welcome life with an open heart, holding gratitude for all that is still to come. Sending love to everyone. \u2764\ufe0f\u201d<\/p>\n In her post, Gisele<\/strong> shared a photo of her and twin sister Patricia<\/strong> holding up birthday cakes along with a photo of her baby boy on her lap while sitting on a patio couch across from her dad Valdir Bundchen<\/strong>. She also shared a photo of her and the tiny tot wearing baseball hats while out looking out at nature.<\/p>\n Also in the post, Gisele<\/strong> and daughter Vivian<\/strong><\/a>, 12, standing in front a waterfall.
