One of them is two-year-old Rio, whom she shares with Elijah Scott, her former fiance.<\/p>\n<p>She recently shared a photo to social media in which Rio was undergoing an ultrasound at the doctor\u2019s office.<\/p>\n<p>Ultrasounds are for more than just pregnancies, but they are not part of routine checkups for toddlers. The differential includes granuloma or complex cyst,&#8217;\u201d Kail shared. \u201c\u2018Neoplasia cannot be excluded.\u2019\u201d <\/p>\n<p>Obviously, she looked into things further, and explained: <\/p>\n<p>\u201cNeoplasia is a tumor. So that cannot be excluded. Now I have mom guilt.
