You never let us down. We\u2019ve done <a href=\"https:\/\/minimalistbaker.com\/easy-green-curry-paste\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">green<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/minimalistbaker.com\/easy-red-curry-paste\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">red<\/a> curry pastes, but considering panang curry is one of our favorite Thai curries, it was time we tried our hand at homemade panang curry paste!<\/p>\n<p>Our inspired version is <strong>vegan<\/strong>, <strong>gluten-free<\/strong>, and <strong>naturally sweetened<\/strong> but makes a similarly <strong>rich<\/strong>, <strong>peanutty<\/strong>, <strong>savory-sweet<\/strong> curry that\u2019s just as good as takeout (stay tuned for that recipe!).
