Colton Underwood<\/strong><\/a> is a married man! The former Bachelor<\/em> star tied the knot with fianc\u00e9\u00a0Jordan C. Brown<\/strong><\/a> after a more than year-long engagement.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n The happy couple tied the knot in front of 200 guests at the Carneros Resort and Spa in Napa Valley, California, on Saturday, May 13.<\/p>\n \u201cThe day of our ceremony, we have a disco-themed pool party,\u201d the former reality star, 31, told People <\/em>ahead of their big day. \u201cIt\u2019s going to be a fun wedding. I\u2019ll say that!\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cWe wanted trees around and sunshine,\u201d Jordan, 38, added. \u201cIt was really important for us to get married outside.\u201d<\/p>\n Colton gave fans a hint early in 2023 that his nuptials would be happening in the coming months. In a January 16 Instagram post<\/a>, he shared a carousel of photos after attending a friend\u2019s wedding weekend and wrote in the caption, \u201cI have good news. The next wedding we attend will be our own.\u201d<\/p>\n His former Bachelor<\/em> host Chris Harrison<\/strong><\/a> wanted all the details, as well as an invite. \u201cSomebody\u2019s getting a new toaster! Love ya brother. Tell me when and where. Congratulations,\u201d he wrote in the comments.<\/p>\n Jordan proposed to Colton<\/a> on February 28, 2022, during a romantic getaway to scenic Big Sur, California. \u201cWe knew very early on that we were meant to be for each other. My only thing was, \u2018I want to be surprised when you ask me.\u2019 So, he did a great job,\u201d the Bachelorette<\/em> alum told Us Weekly<\/em><\/a> the following month.<\/p>\n The pair decided to forgo traditional engagement rings and instead went with\u00a0birthstone necklaces with interlocking initials to show off their betrothed status.<\/p>\n Colton publicly came out in a Good Morning America<\/em> interview on April 14, 2021, surprising fans two years after his season of The Bachelor<\/em> aired.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019ve hated myself for a long time, and I\u2019m gay,\u201d he told host Robin Roberts<\/strong>, adding, \u201cAnd I came to terms with that earlier this year and have been processing it. The next step in all of this was letting people know. I\u2019m still nervous.
