\t\t<\/p>\n James Gunn<\/strong><\/a> is revealing the way he let Henry Cavill<\/strong><\/a> know they were going to be replacing him in 2025\u2032s Superman<\/em><\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n Henry<\/strong>\u2018s cameo in Black Adam<\/em><\/strong><\/a> had DCEU fans excited to see him don his cape as the man of steel again in the future. But when James<\/strong> and Peter Safran<\/strong><\/a> took over, they had a different vision for the future of the franchise. <\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n James<\/strong> was a guest on the Happy Sad Confused<\/em> podcast on Friday (July 18) and he talked about letting Henry<\/strong> know about the change of plans. <\/p>\n \u201cSo Peter<\/strong> and I \u2014 the right thing to do was to sit down with [Henry<\/strong>] and talk to him. And we sat down, we talked to him. He was an absolute gentleman, a great guy about it,\u201d James<\/strong> shared on the podcast. <\/p>\n He went on to explain that Henry<\/strong> only had one request during their conversation: \u201cHe said, \u2018The only thing I ask is that I\u2019m able to reveal it myself, as opposed to it coming from you guys.\u2019 And I\u2019m like, That\u2019s\u2026 he\u2019s a class actor.
