Denise Richards<\/strong><\/a> is alleging abuse against her estranged husband Aaron Phypers<\/strong><\/a>. <\/p>\n \u201cThroughout our relationship, Aaron <\/strong>would frequently violently choke me, violently squeeze my head with both hands, tightly squeeze my arms, violently slap me in my face and head, aggressively slam my head into the bathroom towel rack, threaten to kill me, hold me down with his knee on my back to the point where I would have to plead with him to get off me so that he would not kill me and hack into my laptop and phone and download all of my text messages,\u201d Denise <\/strong>allegedly wrote to the court (via Us Weekly<\/em><\/a>).<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cAaron <\/strong>regularly threatened to \u2018break my jaw\u2019 and would cry, beg me to stay, and promise to get help \u2014 none of which ever happened,\u201d she continued. \u201cAaron <\/strong>has caused me at least three concussions. Aaron <\/strong>has told me that he has left recording devices to record me while I was alone in hotel rooms and at my townhouses.\u201d <\/p>\n Then, she alleged that on July 4, \u201cAaron <\/strong>repeatedly got within two inches of my face and screamed at me degrading profanities, including calling me a \u2018c*** w****\u2019 and a \u2018piece of s***.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cAaron <\/strong>repeatedly grabbed my left arm tightly.\u201d She then alleged that the next day, Aaron <\/strong>\u201cgot within inches of my face and began yelling at me, calling me a \u2018c*** w****\u2019 multiple times and with his right hand violently hit the bill of my hat with the back of his hand which caused my hat to fall off my head.\u201d<\/p>\n She continued, \u201cLater that day, Aaron <\/strong>chased me and grabbed both of my arms forcefully and pushed me and dragged me to the ground. I landed on the stairs, causing immense pain. Aaron <\/strong>stole my laptop and sent private messages he had stolen from my laptop without my permission\u2026.Aaron <\/strong>threatened that I would \u2018disappear\u2019 if I called the police.\u201d<\/p>\n Denise <\/strong>previously listed the date of separation as July 4<\/a> on the divorce documents.<\/p>\n She recalled another alleged incident that apparently happened on May 21 when Aaron reportedly went through her laptop and text messages.<\/p>\n He then allegedly said, \u201cYou f***ing bitch. I went into your computer and saw your text messages because your laptop were open while you were watching the movie on Netflix. I clicked sync iMessage so that your text messages would appear on your laptop and everything downloaded and I took photo of everything you lying bitch.\u201d<\/p>\n She continued, \u201cLater, while I was on the toilet peeing, Aaron <\/strong>smashed me on the top of my head with the palm of his hand while screaming at me, \u2018Give me your f***ing phone.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n She mentioned, \u201cHe has told me multiple times over the course of the last two years that because the guns are unregistered that if he used them, no one would be able to track them.\u201d<\/p>\n Denise <\/strong>also shared that she moved out of their home in 2023 and leased three separate townhouses, all of which she is the sole name on the lease: \u201cBeginning on July 4, 2025, I have repeatedly told Aaron that he is not allowed at any of my townhouses anymore, yet he has repeatedly entered the townhouses unexpectedly.\u201d<\/p>\n In the court filing, she also attached photos of a black eye she alleges is from an abusive incident on January 17.<\/p>\n Denise <\/strong>and Aaron <\/strong>got married<\/a> back in 2018.
